为开展航空发动机整机振动抑制技术研究与验证,在避免反复分解装配的情况下,准确分析振动故障产生的原因和机
理,设计了碰摩故障模拟试验器。对试验器结构进行了详细设计,对关键部件进行了强度校核,并描述了具体试验步骤。通过安
装在对开机匣上的径向、轴向自动进给碰摩模块及自动横向位移模块模拟发动机在高速运转情况下出现的转静子碰摩故障;通过
更换径向、轴向碰摩块模拟发动机的各种典型碰摩故障以及不同材料之间的碰摩工况。利用振动传感器检测转轴振动响应信号,
利用测试分析系统分析响应信号,研究碰摩进给量、碰摩结构、碰摩材料、碰摩位置与振动特性的关系,归纳出碰摩故障典型特征
和识别方法。 |

In order to carry out the research and verification of the whole engine vibration suppression technology,and to accurately an?
alyze the causes and mechanisms of vibration faults without repeatedly disassembling and assembling,a simulation tester for rub-impact
faults was designed. Detail design of the structure and key components strength verification were conducted,and the specific test steps were
described. The high speed stator-rotor rub-impact faults were simulated using the radial and axial automatic feed rub-impact module and
the automatic lateral displacement module installed on the split case. Various typical rub-impact faults of the engine and the rub-impact
conditions between different materials were simulated by replacing the radial and axial rub-impact module. Shaft vibration response signal
was acquired and analyzed using vibration sensors and analysis system. The relationship between the rub-impact feed,rub-impact struc?
ture,rub-impact materials,rub-impact position and the vibration characteristics was studied,and the typical characteristics and identifica?
tion methods of the rub-impact faults were summarized. |
