      为研究发动机吸鸟后叶片的不同损伤形式对压气机气动性能的影响规律,以NASA Rotor37转子为研究对象构造不同 受损形式的卷曲叶片,分别建立原型转子、不同卷曲程度和不同损伤叶片数量的全通道气动性能CFD计算模型,在设计转速下开 展全3维粘性流场数值模拟。结果表明:不同叶片卷曲形式对压气机的气动性能产生规律性影响,即随着叶片卷曲程度的增大和 卷曲叶片数量的增多,压气机的最大效率点流量逐渐减小,喘振点提前,堵塞工况点流量也逐渐减小,压气机的稳定工作范围不断 缩小,总压比、绝热效率和稳定裕度显著降低;叶片卷曲后的形变造成的来流攻角增大而引发的局部气流分离是诱发整排转子进 入失稳状态的主要因素,在激波的干涉下,附面层分离迸发的低速区使转子的流通状态严重恶化,气动性能明显降低。

      In order to study the influence of different damage forms of the blades on the aerodynamic performance of the aeroengine after bird suction,the curled blades with different damage forms are constructed on the basis of NASA Rotor37 rotor.The full-channel aerodynamic performance CFD computational models are established for the baseline rotor, different degrees of curling, and different numbers of damaged blades,and the full three-dimensional viscous flow numerical simulation is carried out under the design rotational speed.The results show that different blade curl forms have regular effects on compressor aerodynamic performance.With the increase of curl degree and the number of curled blade, the flow at compressor's maximum efficiency point gradually decreases, the surge point advances,the flow in clogging condition gradually decreases,the compressor's stable working range continues to shrink,and the total pres? sure ratio,isentropic efficiency and stability margin decrease significantly.The local air separation is the main factor inducing the instability of the whole rotor row,which is caused by the increase of incoming attack angle after blades curled.Under the interference of shock waves, the low-speed zone of boundary layer separation will seriously deteriorate the flow state of the rotors,resulting in a significant decline in aerodynamic performance.
