| 为了掌握不同过载工况下的滑油箱持续供油能力,弥补滑油箱过载试验验证能力不足,开展了滑油箱负过载腔油液动
态供油过程数值模拟,得到了不同工况下滑油箱内流场结构及供油性能参数。结果表明:在发动机处于0g过载条件下,负过载腔
内的滑油在系统抽吸作用下呈现油气两相混合状态,供油流量出现波动现象;在负过载条件下,滑油箱负过载腔内滑油呈油气分
离状态,在不同流量工况下能有效供油4.8~7.9 s;负过载腔隔板上的补油孔与通气孔在零负过载条件下产生溢流;在发动机处于
0g过载时,滑油箱补油腔内滑油通过负过载腔隔板上的孔隙进入负过载腔,对负过载腔内的滑油形成补充,有利于提高滑油箱负
过载供油能力;在-0.5g~-2.5g条件下,负过载腔向补油腔溢流,减小了负过载腔内可用滑油量。 |

| To study the sustained oil supply capability of the oil tank under different gravity environments while the experimental
validation capability is limited, numerical simulations of the dynamic oil supply process in the negative-g (gravity) chamber of the oil tank
were carried out, and the flow field structures and oil supply performance parameters in the tank under different working conditions were
obtained. The results show that, under the 0g condition, the oil in the negative-g chamber exhibits an oil-air mixed state due to system suc?
tion, resulting in the fluctuation of oil supply flow rate; under negative-g conditions, the oil in the negative-g chamber of the oil tank
undergoes oil-air separation, and can effectively supply oil for 4.8 s to 7.9 s under different flow conditions; The oil replenishment hole and
air vent holes on the baffle of the negative-g chamber will produce overflow under the zero/negative-g conditions; under 0g condition, the
oil in the replenishment chamber of the oil tank enters into the negative-g chamber through the baffle holes, replenishing the oil and
enhancing the negative-g oil supply capacity; under -0.5g to-2.5g conditions, the negative-g chamber will overflow to the replenishment
chamber, reducing the amount of oil available in the negative-g chamber. |
