      为研究多元件铰链式畸变发生器的图谱模拟能力及畸变特性,对于测试图谱和进气道试验中的目标图谱,通过拟形方 法调整元件排列,设计对应的铰链式畸变发生器试验件,采用风洞试验方法对其畸变流场特性进行模拟试验,得到不同马赫数下 测量截面总压分布规律,并分析其稳/动态畸变指数。结果表明:对于该类畸变发生器,元件开孔会降低下游流场畸变强度;畸变 参数随马赫数变化呈现较强的线性变化规律;该型畸变发生器对于特定图谱有较强的模拟潜力;对于试验目标图谱,环面周向总 压恢复系数分布规律与目标相似,部分试验图谱低压区模拟精度较好;使用数值模拟方法可较为准确地预测图谱形态。研究结果 验证了多元件铰链式畸变发生器具有较好的工程应用前景,可为铰链式畸变发生器图谱模拟结果预测及调节方法提供参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the pattern simulation capability and distortion characteristics of a multi-element hinged distortion generator, numerical and experimental investigations were conducted. To ensure consistency between the tested pattern and the target pat? tern, the arrangement of distortion-generating elements was adjusted through a conformal method, and the corresponding hinged distortion generator test article was completed. Wind tunnel tests were conducted to simulate the distorted flow field characteristics, obtaining the total pressure distribution patterns at the measurement plane under different Mach numbers, and analyzing corresponding steady or dynamic distortion indices. The results show that for this type of distortion generator, element perforation reduces the distortion intensity of the downstream flow field; the distortion parameters show a strong linear variation with the change of Mach number; this type of distortion generator has strong simulation potential for specific patterns; for all tested patterns, the distribution of circumferential total pressure recovery coefficient of an annular regions are similar to that of the corresponding target patterns, with better simulation accuracy in the low pressure area of some tested patterns; using numerical simulation methods can accurately predict the patterns. The research results verify the practical engineering value of the multi-element hinged distortion generators, providing a reference for the prediction and regulation method of the pattern simulation results of hinged distortion generators.
