Abstract:In order to improve China's aeroengine airworthiness regulations and standards system and improve the ability of independent standard establishment, the evolution of aeroengine airworthiness standards and related materials released by main authorities in the world from 2010 to 2023 was studied, In depth analyses of the mechanisms and reasons of technical regulation revisions were conducted, and the future development trends of aeroengine airworthiness regulations were preliminarily discussed. The results show that the main reasons for the amendment of aeroengine airworthiness standards are the application of new technologies/new materials, and the latest understanding of environmental impact mechanisms/failure mechanisms; With the development of China's aviation industry and airworthiness certification activities, China's civil aviation has gradually achieved a transition from following and learning from others to independent development in the construction of the airworthiness regulations system for aeroengines, but shortcomings still exist in the independent formulation and revision of airworthiness regulations. Tracking and studying the development trends of airworthiness regula? tions, standards, and policies issued by major foreign regulatory authorities is beneficial for maximizing coordination with foreign airworthi? ness standards, thereby enhancing China's ability to revise regulations independently.
