      针对航空发动机由行波共振导致的中央传动锥齿轮断裂故障,提出了一种基于声测法的齿轮行波共振转速测试方法, 建立了非接触齿轮行波共振测量系统,该测试方法简便易行,不需要对转子件进行测试改装,直接引出测试部位的声信号进行分 析研究。基于声测法开展了航空发动机中央传动锥齿轮行波共振试验,研究中央传动锥齿轮行波共振特性,获取了从动锥齿轮行 波共振频率、危险转速范围。通过动应力同步测量试验进行对比验证,结果表明:该测试方法和系统可以精准识别和有效监测航 空发动机中央传动锥齿轮行波共振频率和共振转速,行波共振频率误差小于0.025%,共振转速误差小于0.018%。该方法同时适 用于其它齿轮和盘轴的行波共振故障分析,为相关类型齿轮共振试验及故障诊断提供了一种非接触、长时间监控疲劳试验的测量 方法。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the central transmission bevel gear fracture fault caused by traveling wave resonance of an aeroengine,a mea? surement method of travelling wave resonance speed based on the acoustic method was proposed,and a non-contact gear travelling wave resonance measurement system was established. The method can be readily implemented,instrumentation adaptation of the rotor under test was not needed,and the acoustic signal from the location of interest was used for investigation. The traveling wave resonance test of the central transmission bevel gear of the aeroengine was carried out using acoustic measurement. The traveling wave resonance characteristics of the central drive bevel gear were studied. The traveling wave resonance frequency and ranges of dangerous speeds of the driven bevel gear were obtained. Comparative verification was conducted using dynamic stress measurement results. The results show that the method and the system can accurately identify and effectively monitor the resonance frequency and resonance speed of gear travelling waves. The error of resonance frequency is less than 0.025%,and the error of resonance speed is less than 0.018%. The method is also suitable for traveling wave resonance fault analysis of other types of gears,disks,and shafts,providing a non-contact,long-term fatigue test measure? ment method for gear resonance test and fault diagnosis.
