      为了对鸟撞损伤后风扇叶片的复杂几何形状进行快速建模,以分析损伤叶片几何形态对风扇特性的影响,发展了一种 鸟撞损伤叶片参数化建模及鸟撞损伤风扇气动特性评估方法,评估了鸟撞损伤区的径向位置、周向分布以及数量对风扇特性的影 响规律。结果表明:风扇特性对鸟撞损伤的敏感区位于叶尖,在相同损伤程度下,叶尖鸟撞比叶中和叶根鸟撞对风扇特性的影响 更大,尖部发生鸟撞使风扇流量、压比和效率的降低程度比根部发生鸟撞时分别高0.64%、0.79%和1.72%;对于损伤区的周向分 布形式,在周向损伤区数量一定而周向分布越集中时,工作点性能略有降低,但风扇的裕度越呈现降低趋势,而当损伤区增多导致 周向分布更为集中时,工作点的流量、压比、效率和裕度均会明显降低;当损伤区数量线性增长时,风扇特性呈现出非线性降低。 发展的鸟撞损伤风扇气动特性评估方法为抗鸟撞损伤风扇设计提供了技术支撑,提升了发动机正向设计能力。

      In order to quickly model the complex geometry of a damaged fan blade after a bird strike and analyze the impact of the geometric features of the damaged blade on the fan characteristics, a parameterized modeling method for damaged blades subjected to bird strike and an evaluation method of aerodynamic characteristics of the damaged fan was developed. The radial location of the damaged zones, the circumferential distribution of the damaged zones, and the number of damaged zones on the fan characteristics were evaluated. The results show that the sensitive zone of fan characteristics to bird strike is located at the tip of the blade. At the same damage level, a bird strike at the blade's tip has a greater impact on fan characteristics than a bird strike at the middle or root of the blade. The tip strike leads to a reduction in fan flow, pressure ratio, and efficiency of 0.64%, 0.79%, and 1.72%, respectively, compared to a root strike. For the circumferential distribution of damaged zones, while the number of circumferential damaged zones is fixed, if the circumferential distribu? tion is more concentrated, the performance of the operating point decreases slightly, but the margin of the fan shows a decreasing trend. When the circumferential distribution is more concentrated due to the increase of damaged zones, the flow rate, pressure ratio, efficiency, and margin of the operating point will all significantly decrease. When the number of damaged zones increases linearly, the fan characteristics exhibit a nonlinear decline. The developed evaluation method for aerodynamic characteristics of the damaged fan could provide technical support for the design of anti-bird-strike fans, and improve the forward design capability of aeroengines.
