      为了研究一体化加力燃烧室表面雷达吸波介质涂敷位置对发动机雷达散射特征的影响,采用弹跳射线法(SBR)和物理 绕射理论(PTD)混合算法,针对配装一体化加力燃烧室的发动机后腔体开展了14种涂覆方案的数值计算和分析。结果表明:低压 涡轮部件受到一体化支板的遮挡,其对发动机尾向雷达散射特征贡献相对较小,基本可以忽略;加力中心锥、一体化支板(背风 面)、加力隔热屏(上游段)、喷管扩张段及喷管外调节片是发动机尾向重要的雷达散射源(在本研究计算条件下,单个因素影响约 为20%~70%),是雷达吸波介质优先涂敷位置;加力合流环、加力隔热屏(中、下游段)、喷管收敛段在发动机尾向重点角域内基本 不可视,雷达回波影响较弱(在本研究计算条件下,单个因素影响约为5%~10%),可作为雷达吸波介质视情涂敷位置。

      In order to study the influence of radar absorbing medium coating positions in the integrated afterburner on the radar scat? tering characteristics of the engine, 14 formulated coating schemes for the rear cavity of the engine equipped with the integrated afterburner are numerically calculated and analyzed by using a hybrid algorithm of shooting and bouncing ray (SBR) method and physical theory of dif? fraction (PTD) method. The results show that the low-pressure turbine components, shielded by the integrated struts, have little influence on the radar scattering characteristics of the engine in the tail direction and can be basically ignored; Afterburner center cone, integrated strut (leeward side), heat shield (upstream section), nozzle divergent section and nozzle outer flaps are important radar scattering sources in the tail direction (the influence of a single factor is about 20% to 70%, under the calculation conditions of this study ) and the preferred coating positions of radar absorbing medium; The afterburner mixer, heat shield (midstream and downstream section) and the nozzle convergence section are not directly visible in the tail direction key angle domain, and their radar scattering echo effects are weak (the influ? ence of a single factor is about 5% to 10%, under the calculation conditions of this paper), so they can be treated as condition-based radar absorbing medium coating positions.
