为了提高发动机控制系统的耐电磁辐射能力,减轻系统传输电缆的质量,以全权限数字电子控制系统为基础,提出了一
种基于光纤的系统重构和传输方案,开展光纤数据传输技术研究。设计了整套光纤链路的方案,完成了光纤组件的硬件加工,并
在主、备系统间建立光纤传输路径,对设计的光纤传输链路开展了半物理和整机试验验证。结果表明:光纤传输技术可用于航空
发动机控制系统信号传输,设计的光纤传输链路可耐受发动机的恶劣机械环境,并能稳定可靠地传输数据;当主系统部分功能失
效时,通过光纤传输可获取备份系统信号,实现主控系统的故障重构,提高了系统的可靠性。通过项目研究,为未来新一代分布式
控制系统的研制积累了技术经验。 |

In order to improve the electromagnetic radiation resistance performance of the engine control system and reduce the mass
of the system's transmission cables, a fiber optic system reconfiguration and transmission scheme based on a full-authority digital
electronic control system was proposed, and the research on fiber-optic data transmission technology was carried out. The scheme that
consists of a complete set of fiber optic links was designed, the hardware of the fiber optic components was fabricated, and the fiber optic
transmission path was established between the main and backup systems. The designed fiber optic transmission links were verified by
semi-physical and whole engine tests. The results show that fiber optic transmission technology can be used for signal transmission of an
aeroengine control system, and the designed fiber optic transmission links can withstand the harsh mechanical environment of the engine
and transmit the data stably and reliably; when part of the main system fails, the backup system signal can be obtained through fiber optic
transmission, achieving fault reconstruction of the main control system and improving system reliability. This research will provide techni?
cal experiences for developing next-generation distributed control systems in the future. |
